We are looking for a skilled Embedded Systems Engineer to join our core team. You won't just be watching from the sidelines; you will be designing, coding, and debugging the firmware that powers our drone systems. We need someone who understands the intersection of hardware and software and takes ownership of their code from architecture to deployment.

You’ll do
•    Firmware Development: Design and write efficient, reliable C/C++ code for flight controllers and embedded peripherals.
•    Hardware Integration: Interface microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, etc.) with sensors (IMUs, GPS, LiDAR) and actuators.
•    Protocol Management: Implement and debug communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, MAVLink).
•    Optimization: Optimize code for power consumption, memory constraints, and real-time performance.

 

Requirements (Must Haves)
•    Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems.
•    Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers (e.g., STM32) or similar architectures.
•    Familiarity with common communication buses: I2C, SPI, UART, CAN.
•    Proficiency with Git for version control.

 

Nice to have (not required)
•    Experience with open-source flight stacks like PX4 or ArduPilot.
•    Knowledge of Python for scripting or automated testing.
•    Basic PCB design experience (KiCad, Altium, or Eagle).
